When Used:

You sink your fangs into it, dealing X damage.

Additionally, on first use: As your foe's blood becomes yours, you feel better.

You gain Y hit points.

Notes

Damage ranges between 0.12*(all stats) and 0.15*(all stats). Deals a minimum of 5 damage.
The first time it is used each combat, it additionally heals you for 1/3 of the expected damage.
- The heal is based off of the expected damage value, regardless of an enemy's damage resistances.
Affected by neither bonus physical nor bonus spell damage.
