This is a giant cyborg hand, formerly used by a cyborg to strangle people. Since it got detached, there's no way to articulate the fingers anymore, so it's really only useful as a club. It's a pretty nice (and exclusive!) club, though -- it's heavy, and all of the blinking lights and little jets of fluid and steam that keep bursting forth from it are as pretty as they are deadly.
