It's A Sign!
While wandering around Whitey's Grove, you encounter a faded sign. You pick out the words "White Citadel" and a faded arrow pointing eastward.
Your astute deductive skills allow you to conclude that the White Citadel must be somewhere east of here.
Occurs at Whitey's Grove.
Notes
- After having started the White Citadel Quest, occurs when adventuring in Whitey's Grove.
- DOES cost a turn.
- Unlocks The Road to the White Citadel.
