It's a Gas Gas Gas
Near the top of Oil Peak, you notice a curious smell. You follow your nose to its source: a little hole atop an outcropping of rock with a steady stream of weird-smelling gas spewing out of it.
You pull a jar out of... somewhere and collect some of the gas.

Occurred at the Oil Peak, semi-rarely.
