Knob Goblin Labor
As you approach the Knob, you are kidnapped by some burly Knob Goblins. They force you to push wheelbarrows full of sewage in and out of the Knob for a while.
You're not sure why they're taking sewage into the knob, but your chains leave you little freedom for inquiry.
At least it's a good workout.
