Notes
- X is your level * 3.
- If you equip a weapon or offhand with this effect active, the next combat will remove this effect.
- You can receive this effect via the hookah regardless of whether you're using a weapon. As long as you don't touch your equipment, it'll remain, and it stacks with your weapon damage as expected.
