This is a membership card to the Seaside Town Public Library, registered to a Mr. O. Oooook. Maybe you could use it to broaden your horizons a bit. Or you could just spend the afternoon giggling at the diagrams in anatomy textbooks.

Notes
- When used, a library card will be consumed. Subsequent uses that do not grant a stat gain will not consume a card.
