As a Moxie class:

Just before you go back to chilling, Fatima Jiggles stops by and lets you in her hot box. You enjoy the sweet release from her portable sauna!

  • From inventory (second and subsequent use per day):

You've already exercised your official chill-licensee rights for the day.

Notes

  • Oliver Closehoff has a 50% chance to extend each of your active effects by 1 turn. Like the Platinum Yendorian Express Card there is no limit to how many effects it can extend, although the License is clearly a tenth as effective in this regard.
  • The stat gain increases your mainstat by 37 × <level>.
  • Unlike Licenses to Kill, there is no benefit to owning more than 1 License to Chill.
