Looking Over the Library
Old Gotpork Library is a very large building with a lot of floors, and a lot of rooms on those floors, and a lot of tall shelves in those rooms, making for an extremely large number of places where the Mad Libber could be hiding. Although if you factor in that she'll need a desk or table for all this pasting... hmm.
Brood | Restore all Bat-Health |
The tall library shelves provide some suitably-high perches to brood from. They're not as nice as gargoyles, but they'll do, and they even come with handy reading material. You spend a few minutes crouched on top of the True Crime section, and feel refreshed.

Investigate | +10% Progress |
You search around for some indication of where The Mad Libber might be hiding. An investigation of the little scraps of paper on the floor reveals mostly conjunctions and punctuation, but there's a trail of verbs and nouns leading up the stairs.
Clean up a little | +high-tensile-strength fibers |
You pick up some hardback bookcovers with the pages torn out, and contemplate them with a sigh. 'What a sorry waste of these sturdy old bindings,' you think as you tear the cloth into strips.

Climb to a higher floor | +25 Progress |
Only available with a bat-jute (lose 1 bat-jute):
The balcony of the next floor looks out over where you're standing, so you sling a bat-jute lasso over one of the railing-knobs and climb up. I mean, you could also just take the stairs, but you are Batfellow, after all.
