You manage to make it pretty far into the lot without being attacked this time, and you get a chance to look around a little.

It's about what you'd expect. Tall grass. Ramshackle shopping cart fortresses. Piles of cardboard boxes stained with liquids you'd rather not identify. A low moaning sound which you take to be the wind, but which is very slightly spookier and more persistent than most wind you've encountered...

The world is your oyster. Or at least this part of the world is. How do you like your oysters?

Check out the spooky noises

You follow the spooky noises to their source -- a group of ghostly children playing some weird antiquated version of baseball.

One of the ghosts asks you if you'd mind playing pitcher for them, since the girl that was supposed to pitch was tragically killed somewhere far enough from the lot that she wasn't able to haunt it.

Even though you don't really like kids or ghosts, you like these ghost kids, so you agree to play the game with them. Turns out you're pretty good at throwing invisible ghost balls.
