You step through the shimmering portal, and find yourself in a room hardly bigger than a closet. You explore for a little while (a very little while[sic], and find no exits. One one of the walls, however, you find what seems to be some kind of vending machine. It's got a slot, and it's got a button.

Press the button

You press the button, and a beam shoots down from the ceiling, vaporizing you. Luckily, the vapors that were once you are reconstituted in short order, just outside the portal in your campsite.

Occurs at A Shimmering Portal.

Notes

  • Cards can be exchanged indefinitely. This adventure only ends when the button is pressed.
  • This encounter does not use an adventure, it does however use up a charge at the Portal.
  • A Shimmering Portal has a base Combat Frequency of 100%. Thus, this adventure will not occur without increasing the rate of non-combat adventures.
  • The text in this adventure is translated as follows:
