Mariner's Friend cough drops
This is a handful of the strongest cough drops known to man, the Mariner's Friend. The ad copy says it "stoppeth one of three coughing fits, with consistent use." What it doesn't say is that eating one is like having your sinuses cleaned with a roto-rooter made out of menthol.
