When Used:

The voice of She-Who-Was emerges the other end in an even quieter whisper, creeping out your foe for 45X damage. Monster attack power reduced by 20~30 Monster defense reduced by 20~30 With a Blessing of the Storm Tortoise: You whisper into the megaphone. The Storm Tortoise's voice emerges from the other end, too quiet to hear, but apparently it summons a lightning bolt that arcs between your head and your foe's. You gain 25X Mana Points. Monster attack power reduced by 20~30 Monster defense reduced by 20~30 With no blessing: You whisper into the little end of the megaphone, but only a deafening silence comes out the big end.
