Mer-kin healscroll
This damp scroll has a few words on it, apparently written in some sort of waterproof ink. The language uses letters and punctuation that you recognize, but the words themselves hold no meaning to you. The first letter of it is really big, ornately decorated, and illuminated with gold foil.

- The <monster name>'s eyes light up, and he begins to fight with renewed vigor...
Notes
- Underwater, the scroll will restore all HP.
- Elsewhere, it will restore 300 HP.
- Mer-kins will be restored to their maximum HP.
- When you have studied the Mer-kin language, using this scroll will sometimes reveal one of the secret words for the Mer-kin dreadscroll.
