Microplushie: Hobomosome
This is the genetic marker that makes someone a hobo instead of a normal adventurer. Having the hobomosome instead of one chromosome means you'll be attracted to bindles, pies cooling on windowsills, and hopping a freight car to ride the rails.
So basically, if you don't like hobos, you're a racist.
