You're fighting a Mob Penguin GoonThis is a thick slab of muscle with vaguely penguin-esque features. The Don uses him for jobs where too much brainpower might be a liability; there's no chance this guy is going to get smart, catch wise, or figure out the Don pays his other enforcers.

He headbutts you. Man, he even has muscle on his scalp. Ow! Eek! Ouch! Argh!
He hits you with his flipper. It's not a subtle or clever attack, but it does the job. Ooh! Ow! Oof! Eek!

He tries to headbutt you, but you're smart enough to dodge.

He tries to belly-bounce you, but the attack goes belly-up. He tries to hit you with a flipper, but is so muscle-bound he can barely move.
You ask him if he's happy being a penguin enforcer, and if he's considered that there's a whole world out there just waiting for him. You hum "Da-da-da-dum" to give him an example. He stops to think, and forgets to start again for a while. (FUMBLE!)
