Your bloodstream has been filled with tiny tiny robots. You might expect this to result in catastrophic amounts of clotting and embolisms, but the nanobots are actually moving your blood through your body much more quickly than normal, making you much more agile and daring, without any extra strain on your heart. I guess they have tiny tiny buckets? I bet they're pretty cute.
