Noon in the Civic Center
The clock strikes noon and all of the hostile gingerbread people take a lunch break. You find yourself in the now nearly deserted gingerbread courthouse. You look around.
There's an unattended briefcase sitting outside one of a restroom door labeled "LAWYERS ONLY".
There's an ornately sprinkled column in the center of the room that looks like it'd be pretty easy to tip over.
There's a very bribable-looking clerk seated in front of a door that says CIVIC PLANNING OFFICE.
You have X sprinkles.

You grab the briefcase and hit the road. It's a nice one! The briefcase I mean, not the road. The road is terrible, because all of the infrastructure in this place is terrible.

A booming voice from behind you startles you. "YOU ARE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT!"
You beat feet before you can be dragged into a courtroom.

- You bribe the clerk and he lets you into the office with a sneer. And a key. The key was probably the important part.

You walk into the Councilman's office and show him the photos. All of the icing drains from his cheeks as he looks at them.
"What do you want?"
"I dunno," you say, "what do people usually say when you ask that?"
He squints at you and pushes a briefcase across the table.
