This small foil packet, according to its label, contains a handful of stuff that's guaranteed to drive mayflies wild. Wild with willingness to do your bidding, that is, for the rest of their short little lives.
NOTE: This item becomes untradable when used.

When Used
First use:

- Its in-store description: Turns into:

- Cannot be used in Hardcore. Attempting to do so gives the message "You can't equip your packet of mayfly bait while in Hardcore mode"; an odd message as the packet itself isn't equippable.
