This is a mystical artifact typically worn by a baker-man. It'll make it slightly easier for you to bake cakes (and cook up other sorts of magic,) but it's pretty old, so its enchantment is a little worn-out.
Maybe with this thing, you'll finally be able to show up those jerks the Butcher and the Candlestick Maker, all thinkin' they own the tub, and that they make all the rules. Harrumph.

History
- The second enchantment was originally listed as "Regenerate 1 MP per adventure (sometimes)"; this changed some time prior to August 18th, 2018. Regeneration occured 60% of the time, and could occur during both combat and non-combats. There was no message when MP was being restored.
