This is a cute little puppy wearing a cute little sequined jumpsuit, with a cute little pompadour wig on its cute little head. If it were any cuter, you'd have to throw it off a bridge on sheer principle. Pompadour'd puppies are known primarily for crying all the time and failing to catch rabbits, but they're pretty useful once they're all grown up (uh-huh).

References
- The description includes a reference to the Big Mama Thornton song "Hound Dog" (later famously covered by Elvis Presley) -- "You ain't nothin' but a hound dog, Crying all the time, Well, you ain't never caught a rabbit, And you ain't no friend of mine".
- Further references include "all grown up (uh-huh)" which refers to the Elvis Presley song "All Shook Up" and the lyrics "I'm in love / I'm all shook up / uh-huh oh oh yeah yeah". Elvis Presley also wore a jumpsuit when he played a professional racer in one of his too many movies.
- Throwing the puppy off of a bridge is a reference to the film Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
