When Used

• On a bugbear scientist (only in the Science Lab):

	You toss the web at the scientist, and while she is tangled up in it, one of the spider bugbears rushes over, wraps her in a cocoon, and sticks her to the ceiling. Well, that's one less noisy scientist to deal with.

• Otherwise:

	You toss the spider web at your opponent, and <him>[sic] gets quantum entangled with it. Wait, no, just regular entangled.
	Monster attack power reduced by 18-19

Notes

• Staggers your opponent 100% of the time.
• Instantly ends combat when used on a bugbear scientist in the Science Lab.
