Rabbit Reducks
You wander through the Arrrboretum, looking for a suitable place to plant a sapling. You see a strange sight as you enter a clearing: a bunny rabbit and a duck who almost seem to be arguing with each other. As you get closer, you realize you can understand what they're saying! This must be a place where the earth's magic is stronger than usual.
"Look," the rabbit says, "it's clearly duck season."
"Nonsense!" the duck quacks. "It's totally rabbit season!"
"Duck season!"
"Rabbit season!"
"Listen, guys, I couldn't help overhearing," you say, "and I think you're both a little too near-sighted, here. Rabbit, your problem isn't the duck, and the duck's problem isn't you. What's your common problem?"
"The hunter!" the duck and rabbit say in unison.
"Say," the rabbit says, "what if me and my three hundred brothers dug a really deep pit, and then we gnawed on some sticks until they were sharp and stuck them at the bottom, and then you could lure him --"
"That's the spirit!" you say, and you leave them to their bloodsport. You plant your sapling and congratulate yourself on getting animals to work together.
