You're fighting a rabid MMO addictThis guy looked like he hadn't eaten or slept in a long time, and had a glazed-over stare that must've been due to the electronic gadget wired into his skull. He was jumping around randomly, waving his arms, and making occasional little explosion noises with his mouth.
When he saw me, he started running at me full-tilt. "Jing yan! Jing yan!" he shouted. "Quan li yi fu! Jia you!"

He mimed drinking something, then belted me one in the throat. It was unexpectedly painful, for some reason. Ow! Oof! Argh!
He knocked me to the ground, and started going through my pockets. He seemed very surprised when I knocked his hand away and stood up. "Respawns!" he cursed, and hit me again. Ouch! Ow! Ow!
He kicked me in the <neck>, and seemed a little puzzled when glowing numbers didn't pop out of my head. Ooh! Ouch! Eek!
He kicked me in the low-hanging fruit, and shouted "Ding!" as I crumpled to the floor. "Grats," I muttered weakly. Oof! Eek! Argh!
He mimed drinking something, then swung at me. When I ducked the blow, he muttered something about cheap... solutions? medicines? Something like that.
He shouted the name of his special attack, and swung an imaginary sword at me. His eyes went wide when nothing happened. "Hax!" he shouted. "Ni shi da pian zi!"
He tried to kick me in the <neck>, but I sidestepped the attack. I'm not entirely sure what he said after that, but it was something about being "hit-capped" and how I shouldn't have been able to do that.
"Yao shi ni bu zhe yang biao xian, ne ke neng hui zuo geng duo peng you," he said, waving a disapproving finger at me. (FUMBLE!)
