Rare criminal

From A KoL Wiki
 You're fighting a rare criminal

The rarest sort of criminal in Porkham is the kind that's fought you before, escaped without permanently crippling injuries, and is actually willing to give it another try. They've often learned a thing or two from their experience, though obviously not the most important thing.

Hit Message(s):

"Pow! Pow!" -- that wasn't the sound of the crook's pistol, it was the crook himself saying that as he shot you. It was so dumb, you completely forgot to dodge.

The generic crook shoots you with a generic pistol, in a generic fashion. Oh well, there has to be some mundane stuff to contrast the interesting named villains, right?

He slashes your <calf> with his knife! Hmm. Maybe all this bat-armor you're wearing should be more, you know, knife-proof.

Your foe tries to do a Zorro thing on you with his knife, but can't remember how to spell "Z". It still hurts.

"Ow. Ow. Ow," you growl, as your foe stabs you three times with his knife.

The crook punches you with his ordinary crook-fist, which is less impressive than a bat-fist but it does the job.
