This is the most elegantly-crafted net you've ever seen. Every stitch is perfect! It seems like a waste to use it in battle, instead of... I dunno, making a shirt out of it and wearing it to a rave.

Notes
- X is 70% of the monster's Attack.
- Y is 70% of the monster's Defence.
- Stuns for 3 turns (not including the combat round it is used in).
- While in effect, each round of combat (not including the first) will display the message:
Your opponent's foot is still pretty messed up from that caltrop.
- The last round of combat the stun is active will display the message:
Your opponent finally struggles free of your net. .
