Researching the Reservoir
You might think it would be easy to find someone who is hiding at a lake, but it's a pretty big lake, and the adjacent park has enough trees and shrubbery to complicate matters. And of course there's giant mosquitoes and thugs everywhere, which have their own special matter-complicating techniques. How are you going to find Mansquito before it's too late?

You perch atop a nearby gargoyle (Gotpork architects are obligated by law to put lots of gargoyles all over everything, so you always have an appropriately dramatic place to perch) and think about the case for a while. The brief rest does you good.

You search around this section of shoreline, and find the usual collection of empty beer bottles. You get some fingerprints off of them, and file them away to scare the holy hell out of some litterbugs later on, when you've got some downtime. Since you'll need to finish with your current case first, you put the hustle on.

You discover some orphans on the shore of the reservoir, playing with driftwood and broken glass. They scream when they see you and try to run away, but you manage to round them up and pack them into the trunk of the Bat-sedan for safekeeping until you get a chance to drop them off at the orphanage. Yes, it's probably a little traumatic, but it's for their own good.

You make a little cut on your finger, wrap it with a band-aid until it stops bleeding, then toss the used band-aid into the air and watch closely to see which direction the mosquitoes arrive from.

Only available with 3 ultracoagulators (lose 3 ultracoagulator):
You take a Bat-bloodpack out of your utility belt, inject it with ultracoagulants, and toss it on the ground. Hiding in the bushes, you watch as a bunch of giant mosquitoes swarm around the bloodpack and then roll around comically on the ground, snorting and coughing, trying to clear their clogged proboscises. You sneak away in the confusion.
