You're fighting a rockfishYou feel a series of shockwaves hit the water around you. You whirl around looking for their source, and come face to face with a massive fish made entirely of rocks.
This is almost as bad as that time you went to a rock concert, and it turned out Phish was playing. Man, that sucked. Just thinking about it makes you angry enough to pick a fight with this thing.

Notes
- After September 10th, 2009, rockfish no longer occur in the game.
- Unlike most drops in The Sea, the rockfish stomach can be pickpocketed.
- This monster appears in any Sea zone. With a charged magnet, you would fight a rockfish every 25-35 adventures. Without one, you would fight one every 45-55 adventures and would not encounter any until you had spent at least 30 adventures in a specific zone.
- The other rock monsters appeared on the same schedule on dry land.
