- Though it was originally intended to be a joke enchantment, this item actually does give +10 damage against the white lion enemy, the only fightable lion in the game.
- With a Dandy Lion as the active familiar, and this hat equipped, the following message is displayed:
- <name> cowers in fear, peeking occasionally at your hat. You tell him to be a lion, not a mowouse, but he doesn't listen.
