Seeing-Eyes Dog
"Woooof!"
"What is it boy?" You turn around to look at your hallowiener dog, and jump back with a little shriek when you see three horrible gross eyeballs swimming around inside his semi-transparent head.
He coughs them up onto the floor with a wet noise, and all three of them land staring at you.
