When Used
- Without the tattoo:

| You jab yourself with the needle over and over until the needle is gone. The ink swims through you and coalesces into a pattern just above your left buttock. |
 You have unlocked a new tattoo.

- With the tattoo:

| You've already got a shadow tattoo. Getting another one might cancel the previous one out, or hell, completely annihilate you, for all I know. |
