Apparently, this shrunken head used to belong to a ship's navigator, until it was removed -- by which I mean, cut off his neck and shrunk. Somehow, it's still alive, and is unusually friendly considering the circumstances.
It's still really creepy, though. Maybe you can find some cannibals to sell it to when you're done with it.
