You wander into one of the ruined stone buildings, and encounter a pygmy with brightly-colored feathers tied in his long white beard. "Hello there," he says, "I am Dr. Ngom'bran'goyo, the tribe's witch psychiatrist. Please, relax on the sofa. Are you having any troubling dreams?"
"Well, there is one recurring one where a fat guy with wings wants to buy my teeth."
The doctor rolls some bones on the floor and studies them thoughtfully. "It is as I feared -- you're totally insane. I recommend a lengthy bout of head-shrinking."
"Er, by 'head-shrinking', you mean psychoanalysis, right?"
"I mean taking out your skull and filling your head with hot sand. Why, what's psychoanalysis?"
You explain the concept to the doctor, and he agrees to try it out. After a long discussion of your childhood, you feel much better about yourself and your place in the universe.
You gain 20 Wizardliness. |
