Effect:	Deals MAX(20, 30 + Mus - Def) damage, where Mus is your buffed Muscle, and Def is the enemy's Defense.
When Used:

You punch Agent <Name> so fast and repeatedly that his suit begins to smoulder as he takes X damage. or You shoryuken Agent <Name> into the ceiling, and punch him several more times before he can hit the ground, dealing X damage. or You cover every square inch of Agent <Name>'s surface area with punches. And bruises. And X damage. or You set the 'breakable' flag on your knuckles to 'false' and punch Agent <Name> until you start to feel them crack anyway. It deals X damage. or You wale on Agent <Name> with your fists for X damage until he feels like he's been hit with an actual whale. While wailing. or You shout "SUPAAAA GATLIIIING" in your loudest anime voice and punch the Agent so fast it looks like fifty fists, dealing X damage.
