Space Tourist palmdoctor
This is one of the crazy far-out gadgets from the future that the Space Tourists brought here when they slingshotted around the moons to travel back in time. It's a little handheld device that can diagnose and cure a thousand different injuries and illnesses.
Whoever programmed it had a sense of humor, though. If you point it at, for example, a toilet, it'll say, "Dammit, Captain! I'm a palmdoctor, not a palmplumber!"
