New Turtle Taming?

Be it that both the Back Slot update and the General TT update occured since this was checked, I discovered a turtle here. I didn't copy down what was said, but now I have a "shellacked shell", an item that at the time of this writing, has a page with nothing on it. According to KoLmafia, the information it spat out was:
