Talk:Advent Calendar Table
From A KoL Wiki
Shouldn't the vitachoconutriment capsule be added to the 7 sectioon of the table?--Scutterman 02:06, 14 December 2007 (CST)
- I agree. If it wasn't obvious enough by giving effects that it isn't an aspirin revamp, the adventures should have been.
- I wouldn't know, I'm not eating anything that needs to tell me it's normal. Oh and you didn't sign your post--Scutterman 03:10, 15 December 2007 (CST)
- I added the thing as soon as I went online that day and found it in my advent calendar. Which was not at 2:06 AM. -- NewZorkBat 04:05, 15 December 2007 (CST)
- I work in GMT, so I got it at about 9.00 am--Scutterman 03:30, 16 December 2007 (CST)

- Definitely agree. Another indication is the fact that it's being given on multiple days, similar to the chocolates. The aspirin was only offered one day, if memory serves correctly. --Burgie12 00:02, 17 December 2007 (CST)

No more time for tiny plastics :( --NewZorkBat 03:49, 21 December 2007 (CST)
In case anyone doesn't like the addition, feel free to move the licorice garrote and candy knuckles to a new section. I'd keep the column, though, since we are seeing another fancy chocolate and I anticipate more tiny plastics.--Mr. Green 20:43, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
Naming Crimbos
Crimbonade? I don't get it.--Dkohler (talk) 04:21, 12 December 2014 (UTC)
- I would expect something Don Crimbo-themed as well, which it was actually named at some point in the past. Mr. Green did that edit and referred to a forum post by Mr. Skullhead, which must be this one. "Crimbonade" gets first mentioned here and it seems to refer to the 2009 Casino's 11 Table or Slot Machine. Why it should ever be referred to like this, I have no idea and I was right there, playing the 11 Table like an addict – but maybe I just forgot...
By the way: The edit history shows some "Crimbo (20XX)" renamings. Apparently at some point, somebody was unhappy with names that aren't 100% official. Personally, I prefer any kind of made up name that hints to the content's theme over a sterile 2011. --Yatsufusa (talk) 10:53, 12 December 2014 (UTC)- Thanks! I figured it out from Skully's post that you linked. I remembered the overall Mafia theme, but not Don Crimbo's Fundraising Drive. The term Crimbonade derives from that, rather than the casino portion of the Crimbo 2009 events. Now I recall TPTMBG's references to the fundraising minigame being in a category of games based on a game called Lemonade Stand. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dkohler (talk • contribs) on 13:59, 12 December 2014
- It is based on the minigame that kicked off crimbo where you sent out hobos to sell things. This was based on the old video game "Lemonade Stand".--Coderanger (talk) 20:35, 12 December 2014 (UTC)
