Talk:Anemone Mine
Equipping a mer-kin mining pick lets you mine here. Here's an example of a mine. Looks pretty similar to other mines in the game, with a few execeptions:

Where x=nothing, d=3 dense meat stacks, c=cave-in, T=teflon, V=vinyl, and O=velcro. Also, Object Detection does work here, as it does in other mines. --Prestige 04:41, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
- Where you wearing anything else? Does this occur as a non-combat? I haven't see it yet, and I have the pick equipped and a net +noncombat running. --Flargen 05:00, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
- I wasn't running anything special; I just equipped the pick and clicked on the mine from the sea floor. Maybe you don't get redirected there if you're clicking the "adventure again" link? --Prestige 05:07, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

- Do I need the lantern for the 2nd grandpa noncombat? did quite a lot of adventuring after the first one, but I don't get it yet. --Headsman 10:08, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

- Spent 50 encounters (100 adventures) with rusty lantern and +15% non-combat. Got 18 Anemone combatants, 15 Killer clownfishes and 17 Mer-kin miners. Doesn't seem to do anything, but then again, I didn't spend too many adventures there.--Dudeathome 16:46, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

Grandpa
I spent 100adv roaming the mines after Little Brother sent me there, and I've seen no sign of the old sea monkey. Then after applying some Fresh Scent and putting on the Smooth Movement I got him after two adv. I'm using a hound dog, so it looks like Grandpa is very sensitive to Combat Frequency. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 21:58, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
