As it turns out, your instincts are correct. When I used an Arr, M80 for the first time, I saw:

Looks like those flaming ghost pirates left something behind.

You acquire an item: eyepatch [outfit] [equip]

Now to see what else they drop. With pirates no longer relevant to a run, hard to say how interesting this is. --Aventuristo (talk) 00:24, 3 July 2021 (UTC)
