• I'm not sure if this should go here or in the Astral Badger page, but after a few days of testing it seems that a comma chameleon or doppelshifter acting as a badger will NOT drop mushrooms if you have already obtained five that day. Likewise, the badger will not drop mushrooms if you have already obtained five using a doppelshifter or a chameleon. There is some talk on the forums of astral flashbacks occuring. I've consumed mushrooms and never had one, though. Has anyone ever experienced this? --Dawnshadow 22:41, 17 October 2006 (CDT)

• The flash backs are because you've taken the mushrooms at least once. Since the mushrooms are based on LSD, you can get flash backs. My guess is that more mushrooms either don't help and it's a simple taken-or-not taken character state, or less likely that there is a cap to how much they help. They can't increase flashback infinitely because the flashbacks can skip over ascensions (have a violet fog adventure every other turn wouldn't be very fun). Strant 18:25, 14 May 2007 (CDT)
