Okay, I've been doing some spading on the rate at which this triggers, and this is what I've got so far:

• It works like a normal stagger in that it cannot trigger in the same round as another staggering effect (tested with Cadenza + The Trickster's Trikitixa, with the badge triggering 0 out of 111 tries).
• Otherwise, it had a stagger rate of 19.12% +- 4.69% (87 successes / 455 tries). This implies to me an activation rate of 20% (although 16.7% (1/6) is within error) rather than the page's 33%. I'll get more data to check this before changing the page.
• Also, it seems that the badge can trigger during the 0th round of combat, staggering enemies who get the jump on me and staggering them even when I get the jump on them. This 0th round staggering had a frequency of 20.72% +- 9.49% (23/111), so (despite the massive error) I'm happy to say this uses the same frequency as it does during normal combat. I haven't used anything that can stun on round 0 before, so is it normal behaviour to stagger even though I win initiative?
