Talk:BRICKO gargantuchicken (item)
I found it in ralkin's store, if anyone wants to grab more data from viewing it. --Lostcalpolydude 08:27, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
Somebody else will say it if I don't; The "joke" in the description is a combination of the question "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?", and the joke "Where does a 500-pound gorilla sit? Anywhere he wants!" --Orshelack 08:40, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
Five meat says this thing is another monster to fight, and drops the familiar egg when slain.--AltyMcAltAlt 08:42, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
Unless I'm reading it incorrectly, that DR formula is totally wrong.--P4n1q 19:34, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
- Nice of you to provide some reasoning. My divining rod is unable to discern what you're talking about, so perhaps you should clue us in. --Flargen 20:23, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
- The correct DR formula is the one from the monster page.--P4n1q 08:25, 9 February 2010 (UTC)
- I take it you meant what was listed under the Physical Resistance entry pulled from the data page. Someone decided that my listing "Special" wasn't acceptable, and decided to put in a vague half of a mechanic, instead. --Flargen 04:18, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

I've been working on fighting the Chicken for a few days now. I intend to document my struggles with the fight and what works. The first round of combat has an initial attack damage equal to your HP in non-elemental damage (sorta like Spookyraven), but damage reduction helps. I've been using a blocking familiar, soggy band-aids, and raw muscle (and toast with jam) to try and beat it. My struggle now is pumping out 3333 damage per round of combat - right now, I can only attain 1000. If there is any more spading needed to be done on this monster, I am more than happy to do so. It should be noted that the combat items like The_Bomb treat this enemy as a boss rather than a normal monster. This is not mentioned on the Bosses or Special_Monsters pages. --Corvett 07:03, 5 December 2012 (CET)
- Thanks for the addition of the boss info (though the Category tag uses square brackets instead of curly ones; fixed that.) And, if you're having fun, enjoy your struggles against the plastic pecking poltroon. However, you are doing it the very hard (if not impossible) way. The chicken's Combat page and the related Talk page have information on how to actually beat the monstrous clucking beast. --Terion 00:13, 2 January 2013 (CET)
