Looks like its +20% spell damage per saucesphere.
Testing with 0 ML, +0 flat spell damage, and 40% spell damage passives.
With 0 saucespheres, saucestorm did the expected 70 damage per hit (50 cap x 1.4)
With 1 saucesphere, saucestorm did 80 damage per hit (50 cap x 1.6)
With 3 saucespheres (elemental, jalapeno, antibiotic), saucestorm did 100 damage per hit (50 cap x 2.0)
Adding scarysauce did not further increase the damage.
