As with the replica bat-oomerang, it looks like this can be got on the "Defeaters of X Villains" leaderboards when people aren't hammering the Jokester (I just got it having only ever defeated 6 villains). --ArgghFW (talk) 19:59, 15 September 2016 (UTC)

Confirmed. Other people were on the Jokester-defeating board, but I assume they had all already gotten the battoo. I was only on the 3- and 4-villain boards, and I got it. --TwirlyRotini (talk) 17:51, 4 March 2017 (UTC)
