• It certainly looks that way. I had hoped it would work against the pufferfish, since the combat messages explicitly describe the damage as being related to poison ("Eurgh! Your insides twist up from the pufferfish poison. It seems to be getting worse..."), but the ring does nothing to prevent the progressive damage. --Noskilz 18:37, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Other sources of poison
