No, it's the same situation as the C.B.F.G.. He hasn't set the power or bonuses yet. If we go by the C.B.F.G., it'll be done at rollover tomorrow. No, seriously, this same retarded thing happened with the C.B.F.G. and there was no trigger to the fix other than Jick waking up and going "whoopsie". There is a huge honking bunch of nothing supporting any idea of this being intentional, at least internally.
