Ate 3 brains casseroles. Results were:
10 adv, 8 myst substat
6 adv, 9 myst substat
10 adv, 10 myst substat
After that, I was completely full. I hadn't eaten anything previously today, had no active effects and don't have the Stomach of Steel skill. Thus, this item must give 5 fullness.
