Today I won 4 combats without the mask equipped, got the burglar/sleep mask, and won 54 more combats before he was ready for another heist. In that time, a message related to napping appeared after 22 of the combats. 4+54+22 = 80, exactly what was expected for the fourth heist of the day. It looks like a napping message appears 22/54, or roughly 40%, of the time. This means heist time would be reached 1 - (1/(1+0.4)) ~ roughly 30% faster.
