Today (28 Feb 16), The CSA Cheerfulness Ration is available at The Gnomish Microbrewery. I am on an Avatar of West Of Loathing challenge path. The item description states that "This item is too old to use on your current path", though it is still consumed on purchase and gives the normal number of adventures, stat gains and drunkenness. --Sensibleb (talk) 14:55, 28 February 2016 (UTC)

• The Gnomish Microbrewery and Chez Snootee have both always ignored standard restrictions. I guess the logic is that it's available to everyone for that one day, so it's still fair. --billybobfred (talk) 02:43, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
