Collected a fair amount of data on the web drop rates, and skipped to checking when they capped out. At +284.4404% items I got a failed drop, so the lowest drop rate of the two was at most 25%. particle man

• admirable though an enthusiasm for TMBG might be, i see no evidence that this is a reference to particle man. i've read this page and the lyrics and, except for the two johns quoting the tv theme, there's no correlation. there's also no way (as there is with some of the monkey island references) that jick did not get the original reference. --Evilkolbot 06:20, 10 September 2007 (CDT)
